Qualifications

• Hold a Mechanical Engineering degree and professional registration path (P.Eng/CET).
• 7+ years HVAC/building mechanical design experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing multidiscipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Design building mechanical systems including HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and utilities.
• Lead and mentor engineering staff and manage project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout execution.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and field observations to support construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards (OBC, NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, CSA).
