AECOM is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the design and construction of buildings within the Buildings + Places sector. • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial, institutional, and light industrial facilities.
• Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of Plumbing, Fire Protection, and HVAC systems for complex building projects.
• Serve as Technical Lead for the Mechanical Discipline, providing specialized technical input and oversight.
• Review HVAC design concepts, layouts, and calculations, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Develop plumbing system layouts, including domestic water distribution and drainage.
• Provide fire suppression design including wet/dry sprinkler systems and standpipes.
• Oversee BAS design and integration with other building systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians to foster technical excellence.
• Participate in construction administration and site visits.
