Qualifications

• At least five years of strategic B2B sales experience, including two+ years selling to C-level executives.
• Experience selling Human Capital Management solutions is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop activity plans, manage territory, and exceed sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales within a protected geographic territory to close deals and win business.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants to analyze client business processes and create business cases.
