Job summary

ADP is seeking a Banking Relationship Sales Representative for Small Business Solutions. The territory covers up to 90 minutes from Burnaby. You will grow your own book of business, backed by ADP’s training, leadership, and compensation programs.

Sell ADP’s cloud‑based HCM solutions to small businesses, engage with owners and decision makers, and build partnerships with banking partners. This hybrid role offers clear career paths and strong incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales and territory management.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud‑based HCM solutions to small businesses (1–49 employees) via field and virtual sales.
• Prospect, engage, and close deals with business owners and HR/payroll/finance decision makers.
• Develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and hit defined sales and activity targets.
• Partner with banking partners, nurture referrals, and convert partner leads into new business.
