Job summary

Co-operators is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge HR and technology, translating strategy into actionable HR technology initiatives. You will lead end-to-end analysis, develop user stories and requirements, design processes, conduct acceptance testing, and implement HR solutions while partnering with HR and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a business analyst supporting enterprise HR platforms and integrations.
• Post-secondary degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; BA certification (CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA or equivalent).
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms (UKG, Workday, Oracle HCM) and payroll, compliance, data privacy.
• Strong ability to analyze end-to-end workflows, data, and HR system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and delivery activities for HR technology initiatives.
• Translate strategy and program priorities into actionable requirements; develop user stories.
• Manage testing: test strategies, planning, and effort estimates; ensure QA standards.
• Collaborate with Platform Analysts to ensure solutions reflect business needs and compliance.
• Coach and support teams, share HR systems knowledge, and drive delivery objectives.
