Intrado is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR resource for our Canadian workforce, with a focus on Quebec. You will deliver broad HR support across employee relations, investigations, compliance, coaching, policy administration, immigration support, and lifecycle processes.

Join a collaborative team in a hybrid setup, supporting employees nationally while ensuring alignment with Canadian employment practices and Quebec-specific requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Strong working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Experience supporting employee relations and workplace investigations
• Direct partnership with managers and employees on complex workplace issues
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
• bilingual French and English
• Office 3x a week at 7150 Rue Alexander‑Fleming, St‑Laurent QC H4S 2C8

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers across Canada on workplace issues
• Conduct investigations and support appropriate resolution of concerns
• Provide coaching to managers on performance, attendance, conflicts, accommodations, and corrective action
• Help leaders navigate employee relations with a focus on compliance and experience
• Support employee engagement and workforce initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment laws across Canada
• Support Quebec requirements and French language regulations
• Maintain HR policies and documentation
