Job summary

Foothills County is seeking a senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide practical HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with County leaders to address employee relations, recruitment, performance, disabilities, training, and policy development.

The role requires a CPAHR or equivalent designation, a Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Administration, and at least five years of senior HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a similar discipline.
• CPHR or equivalent designation is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of senior-level HR experience including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation/benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, recruitment, disability management, performance, training, and policy development and implementation.
• Support senior leadership with coaching and strategic HR initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with municipal/public sector requirements.
