Job summary

Analyst Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations, recruitment, talent management and HR operations across Ontario projects. You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, coaching and policy implementation.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end HR lifecycle support, from onboarding to succession planning, with travel to project sites as needed. A strong communication and collaboration mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner function.
• Strong partnership with senior leaders and hands-on employee relations support.
• End-to-end HR portfolio capability including workforce planning, onboarding and pay discussions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations, investigations, coaching and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with managers on interviews, talent assessments and succession planning.
• Support talent reviews, training needs and performance management cycles.
• Coordinate with home company HR teams on relocations, promotions and terminations.
