Job summary

RA is seeking a Sr. HospitalityDirector in Toronto to drive strategic leadership for conferences, premium dining, and concierge services.

You will build strong client and stakeholder relationships, develop scalable processes, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. The role oversees event management from planning through execution, leveraging EMS and similar tools, while guiding staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in events, hospitality, or premium dining.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale hospitality operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Leadership & Program Planning across conferences, dining, and concierge services.
• Oversee planning and execution of large-scale events with exceptional service standards.
• Direct administration, people management, budgeting, and workforce planning across an Events & Catering team.
