Job summary

Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli Skiing is seeking passionate Guides for a full-time, seasonal role in Revelstoke, BC. Candidates should have at least three years of mechanized ski-guiding experience and hold ACMG/CSGA certifications; CAA Avalanche Ops Level 1 and first aid are preferred.

The role offers a daily wage of CAD 375–475 plus gratuity, with opportunities for leadership and guest-focused service. The Guide will support heli-ski group management, safety briefings, and daily reporting, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mechanized ski guiding experience.
• Weather and avalanche forecasting skills.
• Risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily heli-ski group operations with AM/PM meetings.
• Assist with pre-flight logistics and post-trip coordination.
• Mentor junior guides and support Lead Guide.
• Collaborate with aviation and hospitality teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Record weather, snowpack, and avalanche observations; maintain documentation.
• Participate in pre-season and ongoing training and SOP development.
