Job summary

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager for a remote lodge near Valemount, BC. The role supports the Lodge Manager across hospitality, F&B, and administrative tasks, while stepping in during time off. Two weeks on, one week off, with staff accommodation provided on shift.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in hospitality, travel and tourism, or equivalent work experience.
• Food Safe Certificate.
• Occupational First Aid Level 1, or equivalent.
• BC Serving-it-Right.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferred.
• Experience in Entry-management/ POS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with management to achieve lodge goals, including hospitality and F&B tasks.
• Communicate with supervisors and area management in a cooperative manner.
• Provide direction, coaching, and leadership to staff alongside the Lodge Manager.
• Serve as main guest host and point of contact for guests.
• Support injured guests and follow up on guest feedback with Banff Office teams.
• Track lodge bar stock and inventory levels.
