Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning Ltd in Toronto is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist (Healthcare) to join our studio. You’ll lead the production of technical documentation, coordinate with consultants, and guide Design Development through to contract documents.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years local experience, advanced Revit proficiency, and a track record delivering healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Healthcare project experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and constructability.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead design development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare DD drawings and production plans; oversee production management.
• Lead CD drawings and specifications coordination with consultants.
• Manage tender documents, project meetings, and QA procedures.
• Coordinate with authorities and ensure code compliance.
