Fraser Health Authority in Surrey, BC is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to join the Digital Patient and Provider Experience team. Based in Surrey, you will analyze business needs, streamline processes and implement digital health solutions to improve patient and provider experiences.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational and technical partners, lead workflow reviews, and support strategic planning and system implementations while ensuring alignment with Fraser Health priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science or Computer Science with experience in business and systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of information management, business processes, enterprise technologies and application systems.
• Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, workflow assessment, process modeling and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of project management and the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions and manage priorities to deliver results.

Responsabilités

• Conduct business and systems analysis to identify operational challenges, define requirements and develop technology-enabled solutions.
• Lead workflow reviews, feasibility studies and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Support strategic planning, change management and system implementation projects with evaluated technology solutions.
• Provide business systems analysis for enterprise projects, leading smaller initiatives with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver advanced application support ensuring system performance and SLAs.
• Participate in committees and project teams while monitoring emerging technologies and best practices.
