Job summary
Interior Health is seeking an experienced Lead, Community Systems to guide the Digital Health Community Systems roadmap within the Seniors Health portfolio. The role focuses on improving patient care, experience, outcomes and safety through interoperable information systems.
You will lead the Clinical Analyst team, engage stakeholders, and align initiatives with IH goals, while coordinating with the Seniors Health Transformation Sub-Committee.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in healthcare information systems and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Sets goals and directs staff in community systems based DH services to align with IH goals.
- Provides leadership and guidance to Digital Health Community Systems staff and partners.
- Leads committees to assess and prioritize solutions with Seniors Transformation teams.
- Supports software updates, training materials, and project implementations.
- Manages vendor relations and coordinates with internal teams for seamless tech adoption.
- Monitors requests for Community Systems projects and supports budget development.
- Participates in on-call rotation for Clinical Information Systems.
