Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7+ years in vendor management or related fields.
• Experience governing enterprise HCM SaaS platforms and managed services.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive actions to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCM Service Operations & Governance cadences and consolidate service health data.
• Manage AMS commitments, performance, SLA attainment, and risk.
• Coordinate renewal, contract readiness, and procurement with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee financial operations: forecasting, invoicing, and cost optimization.
• Drive escalation management and action closure across vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure service readiness for payroll, time collection, benefits, and year-end cycles.
