Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace Operations or IT service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
• Experience managing enterprise MSPs and vendor performance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Workplace Operations to ensure stability and service quality.
• Establish governance with internal teams and MSPs.
• Automate components to enable end-to-end testing, monitoring and alerting.
• Own vendor performance, including contract adherence and reviews.
• Define and track service metrics, SLAs, XLAs, and health indicators.
• Lead incident management and problem resolution to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital workplace strategies with goals.
