• Own HR Technology Solutions for Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent Management, People Operations, and Employee Experience.
• Partner with HR to translate business needs into technology requirements and options.
• Develop scalable solution approaches with architecture and vendor input.
• Engage with vendors & technology partners on demos, reviews, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate enhancements and technology initiatives across teams and vendors, ensuring production health and supportability.
• Support portfolio and financial management, including cost visibility and budgeting.
