Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Lead, Enterprise IT VMO to govern vendor performance, risk, and commercial management across MSPs and strategic suppliers. The role drives service governance, cost optimization, and value realization with senior stakeholders.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational execution of MSAs, SLAs, and governance rituals, delivering enterprise value and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in IT Vendor Management, Commercial Management, Contract Management, Procurement, or Service Delivery.
• 5+ years in leading teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of MSAs, SOWs, terms, SLAs and translating them into operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and mature vendor governance across MSPs and strategic vendors.
• Manage supplier relationships, and serve as primary point of contact for performance and escalation.
• Lead post-contract commercial management including cost optimization and negotiations.
• Ensure adherence to vendor policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Sourcing & Procurement to support transitions and renewals.
