Formación

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
• Proactive ownership mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for high-growth tech, fintech, and traditional financial services.
• Ability to think strategically and use structured quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Demonstrated problem-solving with strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Superior financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, etc.).
• High EQ and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to convey insights clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Identify strategic growth opportunities through M&A, investments, and partnerships.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses, including build/buy/partner decisions and valuation modeling.
• Own deal process from inbound/outbound sourcing to due diligence, negotiations, and post-deal integration.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leadership to align growth initiatives with roadmaps.
• Build compelling business cases and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
