Job summary

Eckler is seeking a talented Sr Analyst to join our Group Benefits Practice. This full-time role is open to candidates located in Vancouver or remotely from Alberta or Saskatchewan, reflecting our hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with consultants, manage day-to-day tasks, develop pricing and modelling scenarios, and interact with Canadian group insurers. Eckler is Canada’s largest independent actuarial consulting firm, and the role targets individuals with group benefits experience who

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience within group insurance.
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; English and French would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on plans in corporate, trusted and public sector contexts.
• Collaborate with consultants and team members on day-to-day work.
• Manage ad hoc projects and pricing/modelling scenarios.
• Engage with Canadian group insurance carriers and renewals.
• Contribute to the success of the practice and the firm.
