We are looking to add a talented and hardworking Sr Analyst to our dedicated team of Group Benefits consultants. This full-time role, based in Toronto, is ideal for someone with superb communication and interpersonal skills, who is highly motivated, has a fine eye for detail, and can juggle multiple tasks and deliverables.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry to deliver customized solutions to Eckler’s growing client base across Canada.

To help support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Analyst to join our Group Benefits Practice. This position would most likely appeal to group insurance underwriters or those with group benefits experience who wish to apply their skills and knowledge to help clients directly and to see the impact of their work in real life.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Have the opportunity to work on or specialize in plans in multiple sectors including corporate, trusteed and public sector
  • Work collaboratively with consultants and other members of the team
  • Manage day-to-day assigned work and ad hoc projects
  • Develop and work with various pricing and modelling scenarios
  • Have the ability to work with the various group insurance carriers in the Canadian marketplace
  • Have experience with group insurance renewals, financials, and day-to-day plan management activities
  • Contribute to the success of the practice and the firm
