We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities & Role Description

• Mentoring the graphic design team, ensuring creative output meets project goals and deadlines
• Overseeing the development of visual assets, including mockups, custom artwork, presentations, and promotional materials
• Collaborating with Account Managers, the Marketing Team, and Senior Leadership to support RFPs, client projects, and internal campaigns
• Ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards across all creative deliverables are being met
• Managing creative workflows, prioritize design requests, and implement efficient production processes
• Overseeing photography, marketing visuals, and digital campaigns
• Supporting the development of e-marketing materials, social media assets, and website graphics
• Coordinating with vendors and printers to ensure accuracy and quality of final outputs
• Consistently staying up to date with design trends, industry innovations, and emerging software tools to enhance the department’s skills and performance
• Attending trade shows and events to support client programs and gather creative inspiration

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design tools
• Experience in managing creative teams and design workflows
• Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience with photography, photo editing, and content creation for marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in promotional products or retail trends is required
