Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a senior Google Ads strategist to own a portfolio of DTC eCommerce accounts, acting as the strategist, buyer, and primary client contact. You will manage budgets ranging from $5k/month to six figures monthly and present the plan and results directly to clients.

You will audit accounts comprehensively before touching them and separate brand vs non-brand performance. AI-enabled landing pages and full-stack tooling are expected, with strong English communication and US

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• fluency in the full stack (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM).
• Ability to build and ship a landing page with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Present results, plan, and reasoning to clients; be the primary point of contact.
• Conduct comprehensive audits before touching accounts; review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversions.
• Manage Brand vs Non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses and report separately.
• Understand PMax performance and distinguish branded vs incremental volume for target setting.
• Oversee Google automation, audits for auto-recommendations and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions, and Shopping impact.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports, enhanced conversions, offline imports; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, and tracking.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting; leverage AI to create and deploy.
