Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Manager to own DTC and ecommerce accounts end to end. You will be the direct client contact, responsible for updates, strategy, and execution across Google Ads, Shopping, and YouTube.

You will audit, defend decisions with data, and optimize attribution while owning the entire funnel from feed to landing pages. Remote work is allowed, with US East time overlap requested for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with proven money results.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce campaigns and ROAS optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and assets before touching them, with a Loom walkthrough.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and optimize attribution.
• Keep GA4, GTM, and Shopify tracking accurate and aligned.
• Own feed hygiene in Merchant Center and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and improve conversion.
