Emera is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist- Leadership Development to lead the global Leadership Academy. The role focuses on program management, content relevance, delivery, evaluation and retention, collaborating with the Talent Management team to align with Emera’s strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will influence program direction, enhance learner experiences, and drive outcomes across the Emera group of companies.
Formación
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Adult Education or related discipline with 8+ years in Learning & Development
- Ability to understand organizational priorities and translate to learning programs
- Experience using data to improve program effectiveness
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder consultation能力
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint/Teams/SharePoint)
Responsabilidades
- Evolve the global Leadership Academy based on business needs and trends
- Manage full lifecycle of learning programs including participant coordination and logistics
- Facilitate instructor-led or virtual/in-person sessions
- Adapt facilitation to audiences and manage group dynamics
- Evaluate participation, engagement, completion, and business outcomes
