Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist Senior Group Manager to lead a team delivering day-to-day HR support across multiple geographies. The role reports to the Global Head of HR Partnership, coordinating with Technology, Functions, HR and Operations.

The position focuses on strategic HR planning, policy development, risk management, and building capabilities to drive organizational performance within Citi. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Advisors and COEs on HR priorities to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of global priorities and lifecycle processes.
