Job summary

Alto is seeking an Advisor, Geomatics and Property Data to support the Real Property team. The role involves governance, integration, and quality management of geospatial and property data from suppliers and partners.

You will coordinate GIS needs with a private developer partner, work with the Director of GIS, and help deliver data-driven decision support for land acquisition and project delivery. Strong GIS experience is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, IT or related field.
5+ years of experience using and/or maintaining GIS platforms, data models and databases.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with Real Property team to translate business needs into geospatial deliverables.
Collaborate with Private Developer Partner for GIS platform development and data integration.
Coordinate with Alto GIS team to develop systems and standards for GIS efficiency.
Manage data quality and governance for geospatial and property data.
Prepare progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
