You will drive responsible AI practices, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and help shape the future of banking through Generative AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development, AI/ML, or related roles with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives and mentor teams.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions across the bank.
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance for enterprise-grade apps.
• Mentor engineers, establish reusable AI patterns and development standards.
• Develop AI agents and workflows using prompt engineering and RAG capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
