Job summary

Citco, a market-leading provider of asset servicing, is seeking a Fund Administration Associate to support valuation reporting, reconciliations, and performance analytics for a portfolio of funds. You will prepare NAV, analyze pricing, allocate income and expenses, and act as a primary client contact while ensuring compliance with service agreements.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA).
• Experience working in the financial industry or public accounting for at least 2 years and an understanding of investment strategies and financials products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client service experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly valuation reporting for a portfolio of funds, including NAV calculations and supporting statements.
• Independently complete and review cash, portfolio and capital reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze portfolio pricing to ensure consistency and reasonableness of performance reporting.
• Independently complete income and expense allocations including asset-based and performance fees.
• Assist with client onboarding and new fund launches and review fund documents for terms and fees.
• Coordinate deliverables and perform a first-level review of reporting. Monitor client service agreements and assist auditors.
• Support the team supervisor and assist with ad hoc projects.
