Datavant is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help grow our healthcare data ecosystem. You’ll work across frontend and backend, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions and APIs that connect health data at scale.

You’ll mentor teammates, influence architectural direction, and own significant projects from design to deployment, driving value for healthcare providers, payors, and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications powering Datavant's healthcare data ecosystem
• Deliver exceptional user experiences by partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers
• Develop scalable frontend, backend services, APIs, and data-driven solutions handling millions of records
• Guide technical design decisions and establish architecture patterns for long-term scalability
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and ownership
• Own substantial projects end-to-end from design through deployment and operation
• Drive innovation and deliver solutions improving outcomes for healthcare organizations and patients
• Share expertise via engineering blog and technical discussions
