Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical leadership role within an agency
• 5+ years React, 4+ years Next.js, 3+ years TypeScript
• Strong HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript, WebPack, Git
• 3+ years architecting multi-platform websites (MACH architecture)
• 3+ years working with enterprise headless CMS (Optimizely, Sitecore AI, Storyblok, Kontent.ai)
• 3+ years developing/consuming GraphQL/REST APIs
• Experience integrating healthcare platforms (Epic, Cerner, MyChart, Kyruus, DexCare)
• Experience with serverless/edge (Vercel, Cloudflare, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)
• Own DevOps for projects using GitHub Actions and deployments to Vercel/Netlify
• Strong debugging, performance/load testing skills
• Ability to mentor seniors and lead team collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Experience with agile practices (backlog, user stories)

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, reusable code following industry best practices
• Develop scalable web applications and components across CMS stacks
• Document architecture, workflows, and processes for knowledge transfer
• Participate in code reviews and provide actionable feedback
• Contribute to internal library of reusable components
• Provide effort estimates and senior-level coaching to teammates
• Lead by example and drive team communication
