Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building production web-based applications.
• Experience guiding technical work across multiple developers.
• Web framework experience with Django or Rails.
• Experience with React/Vue/Ember/Angular.
• Designing REST/JSON APIs; Swagger/OpenAPI familiarity.
• Strong automated testing and CI practices.
• Ability to break down complex problems and drive implementations.
• Experience with Python/TypeScript/Node.js and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature development from concept to delivery.
• Architect scalable backend APIs and services.
• Build SPAs using modern frontend tech (React/Vue/Ember/TypeScript).
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality across the team.
• Collaborate with product/design and contribute to open-source initiatives.
