Cognitive Systems Corp. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer in Canada to design and build scalable, user‑friendly web applications with strong front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.

You will collaborate across engineering, product, design and data science teams to deliver cloud‑based features and data visualizations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong front-end skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with ownership and solution-driven attitude.
• Strong proficiency in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest.
• Experience in Agile environments, using JIRA and Git-based version control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with intuitive, reliable, and responsive interfaces.
• Build REST APIs and backend services to support product features and data integrations.
• Translate complex Wi‑Fi sensing data into clear workflows, insights, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and data science to design, test, and release scalable cloud features.
