Qualifications

• Ruby-based backend development experience (RoR preferred).
• Front-end proficiency with React and a keen eye for UI/UX details.
• Proven ability to create or integrate analytics dashboards or data visualizations.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills with writing optimized queries.
• Experience deploying/apply on AWS/Heroku or similar cloud platforms.
• Collaborative team player, able to work with product and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Back-End Collaboration: Integrate with Ruby on Rails services for seamless data flow.
• Database Management: Design, query, and optimize PostgreSQL databases for features and analytics.
• Cloud Services: Deploy and maintain applications on AWS/Heroku ensuring high availability.
• Product Orientation: Work with product managers to translate user needs into solutions.
• Collaboration & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews and promote clean, maintainable code.
