Job summary

Jobtailor in Calgary, Alberta seeks an experienced full-stack/backend developer to design, build, and maintain prototypes and production-grade software for the Brilliant Harvest platform. You will implement ETL tooling, work with the AI Architect on Document Ingestion and RAG-based AI Assistant, and contribute to cross-functional design reviews and architecture evolution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full stack or backend developer with ETL skills.
• Efficient use of LLM tooling.
• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of the .NET Core ecosystem.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Unit and API testing with xUnit, Postman, or others.
• Experience in agile environments, e.g. Azure DevOps.
• Proficient understanding of Git.
• Write clean, readable, maintainable code.
• Experience taking ideas to production.
• Experience with LLM APIs like GPT.
• Experience with LangChain and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, and maintain prototypes and products.
