Job summary

OpTalent is seeking a Site Leader in Markham, Ontario, to oversee a high-volume fulfillment operation serving B2C and B2B customers. You will lead 5–6 area managers and frontline teams, manage KPIs, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data analysis, and a focus on service levels, cost control, and operational excellence. Competitive compensation with performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, logistics or e-commerce operations.
• Experience leading operations in high-volume fulfillment environments with customer focus.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume fulfillment centre serving B2C and B2B customers.
• Develop 5–6 area managers and teams, oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor fulfillment KPIs such as accuracy, on-time shipment, labour productivity, and shrinkage.
• Own site P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labour planning, and volume planning.
• Use advanced Excel and data analysis to support decision-making and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and coach managers to achieve performance goals.
