Job summary

ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to partner with R&D, G&A, and Cost of Sales senior leaders, including the CTO, CPO, and CFO. You will translate operational activity into clear financial narratives and build models that inform strategic decisions.

You will own the forecast cycle, lead variance analysis, and drive investment analysis, with a focus on bottoms-up headcount and unit economics.

Qualifications

6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, with meaningful time supporting R&D, Engineering, or G&A functions.
Background in high-growth SaaS or technology; experience with consumption or usage-based model transitions is a differentiator.
Demonstrated experience partnering with technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

Own the forecast cycle (AOP/Monthly/Quarterly), bottoms-up budget builds, headcount planning, and investment analysis.
Build dynamic models covering headcount, OpEx, and unit economics across functions.
Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with variance analysis and a clear point of view.
Surface risks and opportunities and financial implications of strategic choices.
Partner with Accounting, Sales Finance, and other units to connect operational drivers to outcomes.
