Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Analyst to join the finance team, working remotely to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and in-depth analyses that inform senior leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel modeling skills, familiarity with Hyperion or Anaplan, and excellent communication abilities to present insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel with complex modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts with department managers.
• Analyze performance against budget and prior periods, identifying drivers and variances.
• Prepare financial models to support strategic initiatives and new opportunities.
• Develop and track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations/reports for executive management and board meetings.
• Improve planning processes and reporting tools.
