Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to partner with BU Finance leaders on planning, forecasting, close and decision support. The role owns analytics, management reporting, and scalable models to improve expense management and allocation decisions across near-term planning and long-term strategy.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, guiding resource allocation and investment prioritization, while working with cross-functional teams to drive accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A, business finance, management reporting or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L concepts and operating expense drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, pivots and Power Query.
• Excellent written and verbal English with ability to communicate with US-based stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across time zones with attention to detail.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or EPM tools such as Hyperion; exposure to Qlik or Power BI.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA or MBA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytical support for Finance leadership; surface insights on spend, headcount and drivers.
• Maintain bottoms-up forecasts for assigned cost centers; explain variances vs plan and forecast.
• Develop understanding of P&L elements including COGS, GM and OM; monitor expenses vs budget.
• Support standard cost models for products; partner with engineering and operations on BOM cost roll-ups.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting through automation and BI tools.
• Ensure compliance with Canada GST/HST and related tax reporting in coordination with Tax and Accounting.
