Job summary

Partners Community Health (PCH) in Mississauga is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Performance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for strategic decision-making.

You will partner with operational leaders to ensure strong financial stewardship, drive efficiency, and deliver clear reporting to senior leadership. A CPA or active pursuit is preferred, with seven years of related experience and strong Excel/BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field is an asset.
• CPA designation or active pursuit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operating budgets, multi-year plans, and financial forecasts.
• Lead the budgeting process in collaboration with Directors.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses with clear assumptions and risks.
• Monitor actuals vs budgets with variance analysis and recommendations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for senior leadership and Board.
• Enhance reporting processes using BI tools to automate insights and accuracy.
