Job summary

The role leads budgeting, forecasting, data reporting (Power BI, Tableau), profitability analysis and advisory services. A CPA with 7+ years and bilingual English/French is valued; hybrid work, competitive salary in the Toronto

Qualifications

• CPA designation with 7+ years of experience, including supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience manipulating large datasets to generate concise, strategic recommendations.
• Strong technical ability with analytical systems (Power BI, Tableau).
• Team player with leadership and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis to management committee and practice leaders.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive performance in pricing, resourcing, working capital.
• Develop business plans and evaluate initiatives including pricing analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide regular financial performance updates and monitor spend and forecast accuracy.
• Support long-range planning with growth projections and scenario modeling.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
• Deliver profitability insights across matters, clients, and partners.
• Provide financial training and advisory to partners and leaders.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and drive process improvements.
