You will develop dashboards, scorecards, and models, collaborate with Finance, and contribute to planning and executive reporting, with a hybrid work arrangement.

The role requires a degree in Business/Accounting/Finance, CPA asset, 3–5 years in FP&A or management reporting, and strong

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business performance reporting, financial analysis, planning and forecasting, FP&A, or management reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive business performance reporting for Personal Insurance leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational results against plan, forecast, and prior periods to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop clear business insights and performance commentary to support decision-making.
• Support Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and executive reporting packages.
• Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling activities.
• Develop and maintain performance models, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Enhance reporting processes through automation and dashboard development.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to deliver performance insights and strategic support.
