Job summary

Enercare is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning across Finance and partner functions. You will oversee complex financial modelling, develop executive-ready presentations, and drive strategic decision support for senior leaders.

You will manage a team of FP&A professionals, strengthen financial visibility, and improve planning processes with advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
• CPA or CFA strongly preferred; MBA or MFin asset.
• 7–9 years FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading Finance professionals.
• Experience leading annual budgets, forecasts and multi-year planning.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; ERP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A partnership across Functions and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee annual budgets and multi-year plans; provide strategic insights.
• Translate financial data into clear executive storytelling and action.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and management reporting.
• Coach and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
