Job summary

Enercare is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning for the Finance function in Markham. You will partner with Operations, Product and Marketing, providing strategic financial insight and presenting to senior leaders.

You will manage a team of FP&A professionals, drive financial modelling, performance analysis, and executive-ready reporting while identifying risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• CPA/CFA designation strongly preferred; MBA or MFin asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A partnership across Operations, Product, Marketing and other functions.
• Oversee annual budgets and multi-year planning.
• Perform financial modelling and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Translate financial results into clear executive narratives and actions.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for visibility into performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
