Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the business, blending FP&A with accounting knowledge across multi-entity, multi-currency operations. You will drive budgeting, forecasts, and spend approvals while monitoring cash flow and providing actionable insights to leadership.

You will research R&D tax credits, grants, and incentives to strengthen the business, guided by strong analytics and business judgment in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting across the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Review and support spend approvals ensuring alignment with budget and controls.
• Partner with leaders to provide analysis and recommendations for decisions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across entities.
• Build financial models and what-if scenarios for planning and operational decisions.
