Job summary

Vintti in Toronto is seeking a hands-on finance professional to own day-to-day accounting, reporting, and spend management as part of a small, startup Finance team.

You'll build dashboards, manage invoicing and collections, support quarterly close, and drive cost controls with ownership and initiative. 1–2 years of experience and strong Excel/QuickBooks experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets: financial modeling, complex formulas.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Startup experience and track record of owning processes.
• Proactive, communicative, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly/quarterly expense analysis, where they're spending, and why

About the Role

You'll sit at the center of how the company tracks and manages its money: what they're spending, what they're earning, and what they're owed. This is a hands-on role: you'll build the reporting that shows where the business stands, own day-to-day collections and spend management, and support quarterly close. You'll be a one-person finance team reporting directly to leadership, bringing ideas to the table and following through on them without needing to be chased.

What You'll Do

• Run monthly/quarterly expense analysis, where they're spending, and why
