Job summary

HEALWELL AI Inc. is seeking a Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization and its business units.

This role reports to the Director, FP&A and demands strong analytical and strategic thinking in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment. The ideal candidate will drive monthly forecasting, build complex financial models, prepare comprehensive reports, and collaborate across functions to support growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of financial leadership experience in high-growth software/healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP; public company or IPO experience is an asset.
• Expertise in financial modeling and M&A support, with experience integrating acquired businesses.
• Experience working in a multi-business unit environment and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex financial data for stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting and long-term projections aligned with business strategy.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models (QBR) for decision-making and scenario analysis.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis.
• Identify and monitor KPIs to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with department heads and business unit leaders to review results and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations during month-end close, summarizing performance for forecasts.
• Oversee and improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to theDirector,FP&AtheManager, FP&A will drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organizationand its business units. Key Responsibilities

• Leadmonthly forecasting and long-term projections to align with business strategyof theorganization
