Job summary

Think Research is a leader in delivering knowledge-based digital health software solutions. This remote-friendly role leads FP&A, builds robust financial models, automates processes, and delivers timely reporting for investors and internal stakeholders.

The position partners with product, sales, and operations to optimize profitability in a SaaS environment, requiring 5–8 years FP&A experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance-related field.
• 5-8 years FP&A, cost analysis, or related finance experience.
• Experience in SaaS or service-based business models is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience automating FP&A processes and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
• Lead product-level cost analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee product profitability reporting for stakeholders.
• Drive ad-hoc financial reporting for investors.
• Model and track KPI and SaaS metrics.
• Support pricing strategies.
• Partner with revenue operations to ensure timely reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize working capital.
