Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Retail/e-commerce experience preferred.
• Experience with FP&A and planning tools.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards for performance.
• Prepare monthly management reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for financial insights.
• Conduct analyses across channels to identify drivers and risks.
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting with variance analysis.
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings for leadership.
• Drive process improvements for automation and reporting efficiency.
• Support finance leadership on special projects.
