Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, Forecast Delivery, to lead advanced forecasting and workforce optimization across Canada. You will guide forecasting products, capacity reviews, and analytical deliverables to enable strategic staffing decisions and optimal resource allocation.

You will partner with data specialists and workforce teams to improve forecast accuracy, data quality, and predictive performance while coaching a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive leadership with stakeholder influence.
• Postgraduate degree in analytics, maths, stats, economics or related field.
• Advanced Excel reporting and data analysis.
• SQL and/or Python for data analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with forecasting, workforce planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and delivery focus.
• Proven people leadership and development of team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of forecasting products and services for Workforce Management Optimization.
• Deliver accurate weekly and monthly forecasts and Monthly Capacity Reviews (MCRs).
• Establish forecasting standards, monitoring, and reporting against SLAs.
• Identify enhancements to forecasting models using advanced analytics.
• Monitor data quality, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop data governance to ensure traceability and auditability.
• Translate analyses into clear business insights for leadership.
• Coach and develop forecasting professionals and foster collaboration.
